Incredible news! You can now start using the AoC Blackbook Eq/Pelt Database! It has included most all items from the previous blackbook databases. I have a list of about 75+ items I plan on adding soon too, I just have to fill in some zone names and stuff.
The coolest thing: mySql is now being utilized; adding items to the database is very easy, and even you can contribute entries on the fly! You can start submitting items right now by using the Submission Form!
Your item will be added to the queue, and once confirmed (for formatting and stylistic verification) by one of our 'database admins' it will get removed from the queue and be permanently added to the database! How cool is that? You can do this anytime, and database admins can Log-In to confirm your entry from anywhere, anytime they want!
So over the next months prepare to see more items appear in the database! If you see something on AUCTION (that's not in the database), and you think it should be, copy/paste the info over into the submission form!
I plan on adding more queries on the Eq/Pelt page so please include as much info as concisely possible. Don't forget to include a '*' by the item name if its a pelt!
I hope you enjoy, and i hope people start submitting entries!

I'm still working on the eq/pelt list. Its a lot of coding and I'm trying to make it so that updating it in the future will be easy.

Happy New Year!
Over the last week made a few "behind the scenes" changes for easier updating/site organization. Made the BLACKBOOK logo (above) more colorful. Included a logo/link (at bottom of page) for potential linkers to this page to use.
Updated more of the DIRECTIONS! Fixxed Andur's directions as well as Trials of the Witch-King. Thanks so much Andur!
Included on the TIPS page Anasi's ARCHERY script! So buff! Much thanks to Anasi for that.
Been working on EQ/pelt lists MySQL->php code. No major updates yet. I would like a submit item form too. Working on it.
Condensed many of the old updates into an "Old Updates" link at bottom of page.

DONE! I've started adding different colors, as you can see in the menus, submenus, titles, headers, and hover links. But I'm very picky about colors, so it takes me a while. Sorry!
Also added Pravus' CRAFTING info on the TIPS Page! Excellent information!
Also added New Manetheren Waygate Directions to the DIRECTIONS page.

It's been a while i know! But thats ok! Ive been busy but I've been working on things behind the scenes, like an updated MAP of the world! I've been in contact with Joas and his old maps and we've been in collaboration! I think its a neat idea!
I have updated the directions page to include Clantown Portal entrances!! This is a useful addition! (it was for me at least) =) Thanks to Andur and Sharfor for their help!
We also added a nice HG Ba/Th spread addition from Naedomza, as well as to the request of Malfador, a Caster Tips spread advice for casters. Its all on the Spread Advice of the Tips page!
We have some great ZMud (note: *not* CMud) Scripts that are up and coming! I have included my Warzone Percent script (quite simple, but neat). Additionally, I've been in touch with Apollo and Anasi and they will be submitting some very powerful scripts that will (i'm sure) amaze NASA's brightest. =p I encourage all who have scripts to submit them!
I've also been reviewing corrections and additions to some of the directions in the direction list. Some werent working as efficiently as I would like them to.
I have not forgotten about the EQ/Pelt list, but let me assure you that things are in the works. I am having fun with mysql (i'm lost atm :p) but PHP includes and neat tables seem to work wonders. Thats a more long term thing. Directions, Spread advice, and Tips are most useful, atm (imo).
Finally, our fabulous Piper has contacted me and she is in the works of building a nice Newbie Trans Quest helpfile for blackbook! I'm leaving it up to her, but i can assure you we will use much discretion in how easy it is. We still want newbies to learn! I think the world map I am including can be incorporated into Piper's walkthrough, and they can learn the basics better!
I want everyone to know I appreciate all the feedback! Its very encouraging. I would like this site to be: easy to access, fast, user-friendly, updated, and easy to navigate. I also want to reassure everyone who has contributed in the past, present, and future that I consider their contributions WORTHY OF MUCH RESPECT and their names are included on the CONTRIBUTIONS page. If you celebrated Thanksgiving, i hope you had a great one. I hit a deer last week and it ruined the front of my Hyundai Sonata. Boo. I'll post a picture when i get one.
Concerning Blackbook, I want to pat myself on the back because I've surprised myself how fast the website is coming together. PHP is much more enjoyable than raw HTML. :) Makes things easier too. I hope people will find the site-organization quick and easy to use. Luckily getting old content hasnt been hard (many thanks to the major past contributors) but I hope contributions continue to come in! I also hope people have the desire to contribute.
My boyfriend (I should give him some credit) has aided me in constructing a CONTACT FORM that makes submitting tips & suggestions even easier than ever! Check it out. I also started laying out the Eq/Pelt page. You can preview how items will appear by going to Magical Fire!
I would also like to welcome a new player I brought to the Age of Chaos. (So welcome, you know who you are!) I'm sure you will make it to the Labyrinth! Goodluck!

Well... SPREADS more organized. But bigger news, after many TABLE/Colspan and word-wrap issues, finally got the DIRECTIONS page working, and the format is organized. Please submit more directions (and any errors) if you know them! I also started adding ZONES under Zone Help on Tips page! happy t-day.

Well, I'm out of town this weekend, but somehow managed to find a wireless signal. ( go figure :D ) Thanks for the email contributions I've started receiving. Fixed/updated the Ogier stats page(and Shade now). I have Dirs and Pelts/EQ info to put on their respective pages, just havent had time.
Next week is Thanksgiving and i would like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. But maybe i'll find time for a little Chaos, turkey-style. Gobble gobble! *also, other ideas i have includes a TIPS page that has Spread advice for various combos, what combos are good for beginners & labbers, Labyrinth advice and notes, list of Ancient Knowledges and what they do (i.e. which ones are great/good/not-so-good. ) also, according to sharfor, we need some zone walkthroughs

still to think about: tips page (roller trigger, download page for quick access to shalice's element spread, and Andur's AoC Client, Zone Builder, etc) Advice for suggested spreads for various combos, lab combos, wz combos. EQ lists for combos. still working on sorting out eq/pelt list.
